All pricing on our site includes standard delivery to mainland England addresses. Here's everything you need to know about how your machine gets to you.

Most customers collect their machine in person after attending training at our Rossendale clinic — this is our preferred method as it means you leave fully trained and confident, machine in hand.

If you'd prefer delivery direct to your address, we arrange courier delivery via DHL to anywhere in the UK mainland. Just let us know at the time of ordering and we'll take care of it.

Our machines are manufactured to order. Here's the typical timeline from purchase to delivery:

We currently supply machines primarily within the UK. If you're based outside the UK and interested in purchasing, get in touch — we're happy to discuss international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Machines are delivered by courier and will require a signature on arrival. Please inspect the packaging carefully before signing — if there is any visible damage to the outer packaging, note this on the delivery receipt before the courier leaves.
